The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is coming to the US as a Best Buy Exclusive Steelbook. It releases on November 5th and it’ll come with the UltraViolet Digital Copy. It also comes with both the 2D and 3D versions of the film but its unclear if there is artwork inside the steelbook. Check out the forums for more info.
